A simple, crispy snack made by baking cottage cheese until it becomes chip-like—perfectly crunchy and high in protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • Optional: 1-2 tsp seasoning (everything bagel blend, cayenne, Italian seasoning, za’atar, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with oil.
  3. Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Spoon small mounds (about 1–2 inches across) onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Flatten each mound slightly and season as desired.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, until edges are golden and chips are crisp.
  7. Check occasionally and adjust time if necessary to ensure crispiness.
  8. Let chips cool completely before lifting them from the parchment.
