Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
Combine Mixtures: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Layer Batter: Pour half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar.
