1 box white cake mix

5 tbsp butter
½ cup light brown sugar
3 tsp ground cinnamon
2½ tsp clear vanilla extract
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
For the Frosting:
8 oz bar cream cheese
½ cup butter
2 tsp clear vanilla flavoring
2 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 tsp half and half
Instructions
Cake Preparation: Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions. Bake in a 9×13-inch pan and let cool.
