For Filling:

  • 7.5 ounces biscuits
  • 21 ounces apple pie filling
  • 10 caramels, halved lengthwise (individually wrapped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cinnamon Sugar Coating: In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Filling: Flatten biscuit dough and place 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center. Add a halved caramel on top of the apples. Pinch and roll into a ball shape.
  3. Fry the Bombs: Heat oil, fry dough balls until golden, then coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  4. Serve: Drizzle with caramel sundae topping if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Avoid using Grands biscuits as they may not cook through properly.
  • Flour your work surface if using a rolling pin.
