Ingredients

Pie Crust:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

Filling:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone or cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
  • 1 and 1/4 cups mini chocolate chips, divided
  • Whipped topping for garnish, optional

Instructions
