Steak Tips:

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Cheesy Rigatoni Parmesan Sauce:

  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Fontina cheese (optional)

Instructions

  2. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, cook rigatoni until al dente. Drain, reserve pasta water.

  4. Add the Cheese: Stir in Parmesan until melted. Add mozzarella/Fontina, salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning.
  5. Combine: Toss rigatoni in sauce, add pasta water as needed. Fold in steak tips.
