Ingredients

For Creamy Parmesan Linguine:

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cajun Chicken: Mix Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken strips with the spice blend.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Linguine: Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  4. Make the Creamy Sauce: Sauté minced garlic. Add chicken broth and cream, simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine: Add linguine to the skillet, toss in sauce. Stir in Parmesan until melted. Mix in cooked chicken.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
