Chicken:
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Filling:
1 cup steamed broccoli florets (chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Chicken: Cut a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast without cutting all the way through. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
