Blueberry Delight is a refreshing no-bake dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and a sweet blueberry topping. Perfect for warm days or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam or preserves

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish or tart pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Mix fresh blueberries with blueberry jam and spoon evenly over the set filling.
  8. Chill for another 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
