Asparagus:

  • 1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds

  2. Prep the ingredients: Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
  3. Assemble the foil packets: Place a large sheet of foil on a baking tray. Arrange asparagus in the center, top with salmon fillet, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, add garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. Seal the foil packets.
