Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

  3. Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine applesauce, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
