Enjoy these crispy, guilt-free Air Fryer Fried Pickles for a delicious and healthy snacking option. Perfectly seasoned and air-fried to perfection!

Ingredients

Pickles:

  • 6 pickles (12 quarters of pickles or 6 wholes cut into quarters)

Breadcrumbs Mixture:

  • 1½ cups Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Montreal Steak seasoning or regular steak seasoning

Batter:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Other:

  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, place the flour. This will be used for coating the pickles.
  2. In a second medium bowl, whisk the eggs. These will help the breadcrumbs stick to the pickles.
  3. In a third medium bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs and steak seasoning. This will be the flavorful coating for the pickles.
  4. In order, dip the pickles in the flour, in the egg mixture, and in the breadcrumbs. Ensure each pickle is thoroughly coated at each stage.
  5. Place the pickles on a plate as you go. This will be the prepped pickles ready for air frying.
  6. Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. This prevents sticking and aids in crisping.
  7. Place the pickles in a single layer in the basket and spray the top of the pickles with more cooking spray. Even coating ensures a crispy result.
  8. Cook at 380°F for 6 minutes. Check for desired crispiness; cook longer if needed. Repeat with remaining batches.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy your delicious Air Fryer Fried Pickles!
