Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar (plus ½ cup for rolling)
  • 1 egg (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).
