Ingredients
For the dough:
1 cup plus 2 tbsp self-rising flour
1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
For topping:
Lowry’s Garlic Salt*
Cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix dough: Combine 1 cup of self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until dough forms.
Shape dough: Press dough into a rectangle on floured parchment paper. Cut into breadsticks.
Add topping: Spray the breadsticks with cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake: Bake for 17-19 minutes until golden brown.
Serve: Let cool slightly before enjoying!
Notes
To make self-rising flour, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
If Lowry’s Garlic Salt is unavailable, mix 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp dried parsley as a substitute.
