A quick and easy recipe for flavorful Sesame Garlic Ramen Noodles that can be whipped up in just 10 minutes. These noodles are coated in a delicious sesame garlic sauce that is sure to satisfy your taste buds!

Ingredients

Ramen Noodles:

  • 2 cakes dry instant ramen noodles (140 g)

Sesame Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onion stalks, thinly sliced (white and green parts separated)
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or coarse chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon white sesame seeds

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (vegetarian oyster sauce can be used)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Toast Sesame Seeds: In a pan over medium heat, toast sesame seeds until golden. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Prep the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, and cornstarch until blended. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Ramen: Boil water in a pot, add ramen noodles and cook per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Stir Fry Ramen: Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté white parts of green onion and garlic. Add chili flakes, sauce, and cooked noodles. Stir in scallion greens and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can customize the spiciness by adjusting the amount of chili flakes.
