Ingredients
Ramen Noodles:
2 cakes dry instant ramen noodles (140 g)
Sesame Garlic Sauce:
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 green onion stalks, thinly sliced (white and green parts separated)
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes or coarse chili powder
2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
For the Sauce:
2 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (vegetarian oyster sauce can be used)
1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
1/4 cup water
Instructions
Toast Sesame Seeds: In a pan over medium heat, toast sesame seeds until golden. Transfer to a bowl.
Prep the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, and cornstarch until blended. Set aside.
Cook the Ramen: Boil water in a pot, add ramen noodles and cook per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Stir Fry Ramen: Heat sesame oil in a pan, sauté white parts of green onion and garlic. Add chili flakes, sauce, and cooked noodles. Stir in scallion greens and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
